I love animals, and I especially love connecting with other pet owners about their pets’ behaviours, similarities, and differences. I enjoy learning about both cats and dogs constantly—I have both at home—and I’m so glad to be able to provide reassurance to other owners.
What I enjoy most about working with pets and their families is the huge range of personalities. Both cats and dogs are so different from one another, and I love hearing about their quirks and what makes them unique.
I have three pets of my own: a 12-year-old Golden Retriever named Hannah (who I grew up with), a 2-year-old black cat named Miffy, and an 8-month-old orange kitten named Sunny. I can’t imagine my life without them.
Outside of work, I like to read horror and mystery novels, draw and paint for fun, and I’m studying graphic design in university. I especially love napping with my younger cat, Sunny.
One fun fact most people don’t know is that even though I’m studying design and art, I love math and logic and thrive when I’m learning new things and being challenged to try something unfamiliar. I love all the experiences I get to have at work, since I rarely get them outside except with my own pets.
